Vic: Clark loses appeal =2
In their judgement .. Justices ALEX CHERNOV and MURRAY KELLAM said the judge wasn't
required to tell the jury the delay possibly prevented Mr CLARK from calling witnesses.
They say the passage of time didn't allow the evidence to be adequately tested.
Outside court .. Ms STINGEL said she's extremely relieved at the decision.
