Fed: Costello says retail trade solid but world still difficult
Mr COSTELLO says retail growth is solid but not runaway.
He says there is a lot of consumer confidence in the Australian economy supported bylow interest rates and low tax rates.
Mr COSTELLO also says rising oil prices, a by-product of the current Middle East crisis,are not good for the economy.
